About the Role:

Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Brooklyn, NY. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care, and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the nursing staff.
Help clients with mobility and physical exercises as directed.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Document care provided and maintain accurate records.
Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

Valid Home Health Aide certification in New York State.
Experience in home health care or a related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.
Basic understanding of health and safety protocols.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Compensation: $19.10 - $22.00 per hour
