About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
- Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure compliance with care plans.
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation to maintain a safe environment.
- Transport clients to appointments and assist with mobility and transfers.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Home Health Aide certification preferred.
- Previous experience in home health care or a related field is a plus.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and assist clients with mobility.
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $19.50 - $22.00 per hour
