About the Role:
Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) and make a difference in the lives of our clients in Brooklyn, NY. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide essential support and care to those in need.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client conditions to the supervisor.
- Help clients with mobility and physical exercises as required.
- Ensure adherence to privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans effectively.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid HHA or PCA certification in New York State.
- Prior experience in home health care or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation: $19.10 - $22.00 per hour
