About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Administer medication and monitor clients' health as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care services and report any changes in clients' conditions to supervisors.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or activities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Valid HHA or PCA certification in New York State.
- Previous experience in home health care or a related field required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
- Reliable transportation to travel between clients' homes.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Background check clearance and references required.

Compensation: $19.10 - $22.00 per hour
