About the Role:
Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients in Brooklyn, NY. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide essential support and care in a warm, friendly environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Help with meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a PCA
- Previous experience in home health care or personal care assistance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assist clients with mobility.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
Compensation: $19.65 - $22.00 per hour
